The Executive Travel and Corporate Meeting Planners Luncheon Series are one-day events in your major Canadian markets.
We create an upscale marketplace for Canadian suppliers (hotels, conference centres, transportation companies) to meet with our invited guests: qualified corporate meeting and event planners, association executives, government planners, private meeting and event planners, training and HR managers and executive assistants. In total, more than 20,000 personalized invitations are delivered in the five event cities, generating approximately 300 qualified attendees in each centre.

Attendees enjoy a delicious buffet luncheon (it's on us!) while they network with suppliers at a five-star, upscale venue within walking distance of the downtown business district.
Up Close and Personal
Planners are able to personally meet the sales reps who can help make their next event a success. With limited suppliers, attendees will have time to visit each one during the event.

Chances to win travel and hotel packages add to the program. The Grand Prize is tickets for two to any destination in North America serviced by scheduled Air Canada flights.
